Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned towel. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used towels cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if there’s an issue with your product and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
