We want you to be completely happy with your SnapLux Towel. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
Return Process:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@snapluxtowel.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Pack Your Item: Repackage the SnapLux Towel in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back: Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please Note:
The item must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
